Disciple of Swami Sivananda of Divine Life Society, Hrushikesh, India. founded Bihar School of Yoga (BSY) with the true spirit of Sri Pathanjali Maharshi. Now BSY became the first Yoga University in India, Yoga Bharathi.
Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati
Yoga Nidra is the spiritual as well as health gift of Swami Satyananda Saraswati to the mankind.He wrote number of books on spirituality, Kundalini, Yoga, Health, devotion, etc. His disciple Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati looks after BSY.
By the grace of Divinity I did my Yoga Teacher Training course in BSY during 1990. Those days were one of the richest spiritual days in my life.
